Did you know that an independent study of 500 companies back in early 2000 revealed that only 6% of customers actually knew what their “cost per hour” is on each piece of equipment in their fleet. To support our customers we operate out of Holland, Ohio, have 12 service vans to travel around to each individual customer and have a “same day” reaction time for placed service calls prior to noon.
